2. Services Provided

We offer tutoring services in various subjects through in-person and/or online sessions. The scope, duration, and cost of tutoring sessions are outlined at the time of booking.

3. Eligibility

Our services are available to students of all ages. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must provide consent and agree to these Terms on your behalf.

4. Scheduling & Cancellations

  • Sessions must be scheduled in advance.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session may be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel sessions if necessary, with reasonable notice provided.

5. Payments & Fees

  • Payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking.

  • Fees must be paid in full before or immediately after a session unless otherwise agreed upon.

  • Late or failed payments may result in suspension of services.

6. Code of Conduct
Students are expected to:

  • Attend sessions on time.

  • Be respectful toward tutors and other students.

  • Use provided materials responsibly.

We reserve the right to terminate services for disruptive or inappropriate behavior.

7. Limitation of Liability
Tutoring is intended to support learning, not guarantee specific academic results. We are not responsible for exam outcomes, grades, or other academic performance measures.

8. Intellectual Property
All learning materials provided by us remain our intellectual property and may not be shared, sold, or distributed without permission.

9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to services if you violate these Terms.

10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes indicates acceptance of the revised Terms
